Free test before payment

TrexTV offers a free 24-hour test so you can check channel quality, device compatibility, sports streams, VOD and EPG before buying a subscription.

After activation

Paid subscriptions are activated digitally and login credentials are delivered shortly after payment. Because the service is delivered immediately, paid subscriptions are normally non-refundable once credentials have been issued.

When we help or credit time

If a confirmed TrexTV-side outage or activation problem prevents normal use, contact support through the contact form. We investigate and, where appropriate, extend the subscription or issue a service credit.

Device or local network issues

Problems caused by unsupported apps, weak Wi-Fi, ISP blocking, VPN misconfiguration, wrong login details, or device limitations are handled through support and setup guidance. They are why the free test is important before payment.

Send your order details, device, country, app name, and a short description of the problem. Support email: support [at] trextv.uk. Typical reply: Daily support, typical reply within 1-3 hours.
